Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ArtisTech Media, LLC (“ArtisTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California limited liability company, collects, uses, and discloses personal information through mixterverse.com and its related sites (the “Service”). It is incorporated into and part of our Terms of Service. Browsing and listening do not require an account; some features (saving favorites, your “galaxy,” and creator/partnership features) use Google Sign-In. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
“Personal information” means information that could identify you — such as your name, email address, or IP address.
When you sign in with Google
We offer sign-in through Google (Google Identity Services). If you choose to sign in, Google shares with us your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account identifier, which we use to create and maintain your profile.
YouTube channel information (optional)
If you grant access when prompted, we use the YouTube Data API (the youtube.readonly
scope) to read your channel’s public details — your channel ID, channel URL,
and public subscriber count — to connect creators with partnership and
music-licensing opportunities. This is optional and revocable at any time (see “Your rights
and choices”).
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features described here; we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it except to provide the Service or as required by law.
Automatically
- A session cookie to keep you signed in, and similar local storage.
- Standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and operation, which we erase on a regular, rolling basis.
- Advertising cookies, if and where advertising is enabled (see “Advertising”).
Information you provide
When you contact us, submit feedback, upload content, or comment, we collect what you choose to provide, to respond and to operate the community features. Your public profile and the login name used to attribute your contributions are visible to others on the Service.
2. YouTube API Services
This Service uses YouTube API Services. By using those features you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google’s handling of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can review or revoke this Service’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via Google account permissions.
3. How we use your information
- To create your account and provide signed-in features (favorites, playlists, your “galaxy,” and messages).
- To connect creators with partnership, promotion, and licensing opportunities.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To send operational messages (for example, confirming a new sign-in) — delivered through a third-party email provider acting on our behalf — and to notify you of material changes to this policy.
4. Advertising
We may display advertising on parts of the Service using Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings and learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. For users in the EEA and UK, where required we present a consent choice before serving personalized ads.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with Google, for sign-in, YouTube features, and advertising, as described above;
- with service providers (such as hosting and email providers) acting on our behalf and bound to use it only to perform their services;
- when reasonably necessary to comply with the law or legal process (such as a subpoena, warrant, or court order), or to protect rights and safety;
- in a business transfer — if ownership or operation of the Service changes (for example, a merger or acquisition), user information may be among the transferred assets, and you consent to that transfer so the Service can continue.
6. Retention
We erase server logs on a rolling basis and otherwise retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes it was collected — which, for account information, may be indefinite unless you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights and choices
- You may request access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your personal information — and in some cases object to or restrict its processing — by emailing info@artistechmedia.com. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA.
- You can revoke this Service’s access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via Google account permissions.
- You can clear cookies in your browser to sign out and remove local session data.
8. Security
We use reasonable physical, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no website can eliminate all risk, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affecting your information occurs, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
9. Location of the Service and international transfers
The Service is currently hosted in the Netherlands, so your personal information may be stored on servers there, and some of our service providers are in the United States. If you access the Service from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from your own.
10. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and consistent with the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Anyone who provides personal information represents that they are at least 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a prominent notice on the Service.
